Working principle of bag dedusting equipment is dusty gasthrough filter material, dust particles are filtered off, trappingcoarse dust filter material depends mainly on the role of inertiacollision, trapping fine dust mainly by diffusion and screeningeffect. Filter dust filter layer has a certain role.

Bag dedusting equipment is performing with a varity of factirs,but primarily depends on the filter. Dust filter bag is syntheticfiber, natural fiber or glass fiber woven into cloth or felt.Clothor felt necessary then sewn into a cylinder or flat dustbag. According to gas properties, select the filter conditionsfor the application. Typically, the flue gas temperature below120 °C, required filter with acid resistance and durability of thecase, often use polyester flannel and polyester needled felt; indealing with high temperature flue gas (<250 °C), the main usegraphite.
